There is a primer course on Lynda that has an overview of all the topics the exam covers. This way you will only get the right answer if you changed the wall thickness correctly. For example, a question may ask you to change the thickness of a particular wall in the model, the answer to that question might be the total volume of that wall. The questions will ask you to open project or family files and perform tasks (change parameters, find hidden elements in views, etc.) and the answer to the question will be a result that proves you did the task correctly. The exam involves manipulation of Revit project and family files, and some basic Revit general knowledge questions. Assuming you are doing the certified professional exam? Not sure if you are doing architecture, structure or MEP, but I did the architecture exam a couple years ago.
